Many people choose to pursue a career as a sports therapist because they enjoy the active role of a sports therapist and have often experienced physical therapy as an athlete themselves. My passion for sports motivated me to seek out a career in sports medicine. I started as an athletic trainer where I enjoyed the rehab aspect of return to sport, which led me to pursue physical therapy.
